NWT red rose ruffled dress

[BLQ MKT] Another dress that reminds me of a rose, but even more so! Such lovely detailing on the bottom of this! It looks lovely as is or to wear it slightly off shoulder, and it also can be styled as a skirt! I wore this for a shoot, other than that it's brand new and has been sitting in my closet unworn for some years now! It's a very beautiful piece of fashion!
